Never finished the original one to be honest (had forgotten it) but now I will certainly do so as this is a close to Cyberpunk you can get without playing CP 2077 for. Problem solved by turning it off and runs extremely smooth on max settings. Only way I could tell that Ray Tracing was on was due to a huge FPS hit.
